LVT Tempering Line

Description:

1. This machine is mainly to prevent LVT from deforming due to high temperature after the paint is cured.

2. After passing through the UV roller coating line, LVT directly enters the tempering line.

3. It first passes through the high temperature zone of 40 meters, then passes through the 15 meter normal temperature zone, and then through the 15 meter cold water zone.

4. At the end of the machine, the water is absorbed and dried to complete the entire process.

Specifications:

1. The inner frame tank adopts 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 2.0-2.5mm.

2. The distance between the center of the chain of the mesh bag is 1415mm, the maximum outer width of the mesh belt is 1447mm, the pitch of the chain is 38.1mm, every 250mm is equipped with a small bending plate, the diameter of the rod is 8.0mm.

3. The two ends are welded, the wire is 1.6mm, the outer diameter of the middle sleeve is 12mm, the length is 60mm, all 304 materials, the suction roller adopts vacuum extraction and is equipped with a vacuum pump 8m air drying section to install four fans above and below.
