Description

1. This machine is designed to laminate the IXPE/EVA soft film at the back side of SPC/WPC flooring.

2. Controlled by PLC,equipped with auto cutting and trimming system.If you have special needs, you can customize 600~1300 (including tile specifications).

3. Cleaning the flooring’s back side by brushing and blowing the surface.

4. After adjusting the flooring straight system, the floors go with the conveyor and coated with glue, going through the heating oven ,laminated tightly by two rubber rollers ,then trimming.

1. All our machine will be tested by our QC department before shipping, to ensure every machine will work well after they reach you. The QC is through all production, from raw materials, processing, assembling, finished machine testing.

2. Problems, assembly or operation? Please tell us. we will send you the relevant user manuals or instructions immediately to you. We also have engineers available to service machine overseas.

3. The machine guarantee is 1 year and within 12 months, if any spare parts damaged ( not broken by person ), we will offer the spare parts freely. But the buyer shall afford the courier charge. The electrical components, the loss by nature and artificial damage created by unprofessional operation, not in maintenance scope.

4. All products are available on request, with or without logo.If you need OEM service with your own logo or products, please let us know. If you have any other specific requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us.

5. We will provide installation service for customer as requested. If the buyer request the seller to do the service at buyer’s factory, the charge for apply visa, round tickets should be paid by buyer as well as hotel, food etc. everything occured in buyer’s place,also our engineers' salary should be paid by buyer.

• Number of squares per floor:1.2m*0.163m=0.196m²
• Processing meters 50*60=3000m/h
• Floor tiles 3000/1.2=2500 tiles 2500/8=313 packs
• 0.196*8=1.57m2 per square
• Daily production (based on 10-hour shift) 313*10=3130 bales/shift
• Daily square number 3130*1.57m2=4914m2 (actual capacity is 4914*0.9=4400m2)
• Gelatinization amount: 0.035*4400=154 kg/day
