• Double-sided three-brush cleaning, the front nylon brush after the sisal brush, the bottom is also equipped with a nylon dust brush, equipped with a powerful blower.
• Guide belt conveyor, self-contained anti-running, increase the friction of work, effectively prevent the non-working phenomenon caused by the slippage of the short board and the conveyor belt.

• The lifting system adopts a worm gear to drive the dovetail mechanism to adjust the processing thickness, and the lifting does not shake, and the stability is good.

• The conveying speed is controlled by the speed control panel. The conveying motor is Haoxin horizontal geared motor, and the brush motor is a Meridian three-phase asynchronous motor.

• The bottom is equipped with a nylon dusting brush and a powerful dust blowing machine to remove dust from the back of the board to ensure cleanliness throughout the dust chamber.

• The upper part of the equipment is specially equipped with a static elimination system to eliminate static electricity on the surface of the board, so that the dust is quickly laminar and thoroughly cleaned, thereby enhancing the adhesion between the coating and the sheet without delamination and falling off.
