This production line consists of 8 machines.

1. The first electrostatic precipitator is used to remove static electricity on the surface of SPC.

2. The second hot air dryer is used to soften the board surface.

3. The third single roll coater is used to paint the board surface.

4. The fourth double-lamp UV dryer is used for semi-dry paint.

5. The fifth single-roll coater is used to apply paint to the floor.

6. The sixth leveling machine are used to eliminate air bubbles and control gloss.

7. The seventh six-lamp dryer is used to completely dry the paint.

8. The eigth conveyor is used to inspect the floor and receive floor.
