Applications

UV Coating line is a brand-new product designed by our company for LVT SPC WPC Flooring.It is energy-saving,efficient and stable.The roller coater is divided into three sections.The whole machine has 3sets of motor groups independently controlled,convenient operation and maintenance,high safety factor and good effect during the coating process.UV dryer can be equipped with electronic variable control system/UV-LED cold light source,power dryer,paint film dry effect is more perfect.

This production line consists of 8 machines.

1. The first electrostatic precipitator is used to remove static electricity on the surface of SPC.

2. The second hot air dryer is used to soften the board surface.

3. The third single roll coater is used to paint the board surface.

4. The fourth double-lamp UV dryer is used for semi-dry paint.

5. The fifth single-roll coater is used to apply paint to the floor.

6. The sixth leveling machine are used to eliminate air bubbles and control gloss.

7. The seventh six-lamp dryer is used to completely dry the paint.

8. The eigth conveyor is used to inspect the floor and receive floor.
